DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Chamber's premier Awards Event celebrating local business and the accomplishments of individuals who have proven to be leaders among their peers and in our community. Nomination form available here. Space is always limited so make plans early.  This year we will continue the same format beginning with a champagne toast and awards ceremony then segueing into a networking event with buffet\, music and ample opportunity to celebrate all the award winners and reconnecting with business friends from the community.  Join us for this time-honored Chamber tradition.  \n\n\n\nPete Gasca is the co-founder and CEO for Wild Creations\, a product development company based in Myrtle Beach\, SC that focuses on unique and innovate products serving the toy and gift industries.  Wild Creations was recognized in 2010 by the SC Chamber of Commerce as the #1 fastest growing company and by the Inc 500/5000 as the #259 fastest growing private company in the US.  Pete and his business partners were nominated for Entrepreneurs of the Year for the Carolinas by Ernst and Young in 2011.  Prior to co-founding Wild Creations\, Mr. Gasca had a long and successful career in business development and management.  Most recently\, he served as country director and finance practice leader for the USAID's Central Asian Enterprise Development Project\, which focused consulting resources to assist and develop thousands of small and medium sized business across the Central Asia.  Prior to this\, Mr. Gasca had a successful career in real estate development in Arizona as director of purchasing for Standard Pacific Homes\, where he helped lead and grow Standard Pacific from new market entry to one of the largest homebuilders in Arizona.  Mr. Gasca earned a bachelor of science in construction management from Arizona State University and a master of business administration from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.  He currently serves on the board for Junior Achievement of Coastal Carolina and The Children's Museum of South Carolina\, and is an adjunct lecturer at the Coastal Carolina University Wall School of Business.
