This spectacular Christmas light walk-through experience features our eight MarshWalk restaurants? buildings along the ½ mile boardwalk outlined in an array of Christmas lights paired with stunning arches synced with festive Christmas music in front of each restaurant!
The light show starts at the top and bottom of the hour from 5pm-11pm nightly. Our huge 20? LED Christmas tree is featured at the end of Veteran?s pier and makes the perfect backdrop for your holiday photos!
There are also many festive photo opportunities spread throughout the MarshWalk including a Candy Cane Arch, a Gingerbread House, Santa, and a giant Christmas Ornament.
Vendors available on Saturday nights where you can enjoy Christmas shopping where you are sure to find the perfect gift! Experience one of the most beloved holiday events in the Southeast, Nights of a Thousand Candles. See Brookgreen Gardens come to life amid the soft glow of more than 2,700 hand-lit candles and millions of sparkling lights. From 4 - 9 p.m. walk the paths with a warm cup of cider, hear the sounds of holiday music, and celebrate the season with family and friends!
Harvest Restaurant is open during Nights of a Thousand Candles, and reservations are recommended. However, to have dinner at Harvest, you must also have tickets to Nights of a Thousand Candles.
Campbell Catering will be located at the Leonard Pavilion.

The Carolina Opry Christmas Special, often called “The Christmas Show of the South,” will open its 40th season of enchanting holiday performances on November 1. The Rice Museum's Provost Gallery in Georgetown presents the Waccamaw Neck Arts Alliance Showcase featuring artworks, pottery, and books by our local artists and artisans. All About Bubbles — Dec 20, 12–3 PM. $15 includes 4 sparkling wines + 10% off bottles. Santa's making special stops at Hammock Shops Village in Pawleys Island! Bring the little ones for photos, wishes, and magical train rides around our historic grounds.
